					<description>I'm trying to block those spam emails from Nigerian banks and foreign lotteries, which Yahoo does not do at all.  I found something about "Click on the Administration Tab" to block continents.  Fine, I'll block Africa and England (the two main culprits).

But try as I might, I CAN'T FIND THE F***ING ADMINISTRATION TAB!

ANY IDEA WHERE THEY HIDE IT????
